I don't think you can use the white strips if you have braces. But if you have braces then why don't you just go to the dentist and have them whiten your teeth for you? I suggest you use Listerine Whitening before you brush and Listerine Brighting after you brush. It works for me. Just hope your braces don't leave a mark.

they don't work with braces, 'cause then you'd have little spots all over your teeth. but on regular teeth they make a big difference! my friend, tyler, uses them and he has the whitest teeth in the neighborhood. ferserious 8D

Only if you use them as directed. I have been using Rembrandt whitening strips for four weeks and have been able to tell a dramitical difference.

Short term ....................................YES.
However there is a distinct danger that the enamel on your teeth will be gradually (through continued use) worn (abraded) away.
That will in future years cause you to spend a fortune at your Dentist.

i don't think you should try it with braces or not.seriously.they are really abrasive to your enamel
