Ah, really cheesy? Well, if you can be so lucky to find it, rent Redneck Zombies. I'm not sure if I'm getting this right (can never remember then name of the production studio) but I think it was put out by Troma Films. It definitely wins the Lifetime Achievement Award in Cheese for me. Dr. Giggles and Candyman (just the first one) are also excellent choices.

Well, when you say "vintage" I think of stuff from the 60s and 70s... I highly recommend "Bloodsucking Freaks." It's hilariously funny, very gory, and I've heard from some people that it's actually used as a teaching tool in an NYU Film class (to teach what, I have no idea).

Any of the Roger Corman movies from American-International would kick your butt. If you want gore with class, try some of the later Hammer stuff. I have a feeling that this may be a little too tame for you, but go with it. Also try the 1934 Lugosi/Karloff "Black Cat". It's pretty sick for its time. Nice music, though.

Flash Gordon - not a horror, but sooo cheesy you can taste it
Krull - again not a horror...
Evil Dead I and II
Dead Alive - an early Peter Jackson (LOTR) movie, you cannot believe how Cheesy-B he started out
