Keep a journal or a notebook and a pen on your bedside table. If you don't have a bedside table, put it in the floor by your bed. The point is, keep it within reach so that you don't have to get out of bed to get to it. If you can remember lots of details about the dream you just had, write them all down. If you can't remember many of the details, just write down whatever you CAN remember. If you start remembering things throughout the day (say, if something jogs your memory) jot it down on whatever paper you can find until you get back home.. then add whatever you remembered to the page that corresponds to that dream. I do this, but I make a note of what I remember when I wake up versus if something jogs my memory and I remember later that day.
Hope this helps =)

Start a dream journal. After you have a dream, write it down. Keep the journal and a pen/pencil next to your bed so you can do this easily. Before you fall asleep, tell yourself to wake up after your dream. Also tell yourself to remember your dream. Sounds silly, but it does (to a certain degree) really work. Good luck!
