Yes, I have. It was small to begin with, and seeing that he wasn't circumcised made him look worse. LOL, the first thing I said was "You're not circumcised!?!?!"

not really.. as long as it's normal with no warts and STDs, then its ok. Snipped or not, as long as it's clean. =D
