There's this pc game i love that i dont have enough time on since interruptions setting/clearing table etc.I need to catch up with my friends near their lvls.They wont slow down on lvl ing a bit.

Do your chores before you start playing, get good grades, be cheerful and obedient, and don't spend all day on the comp, just a few hours before you go to bed, and longer on the weekend.
If you act like your mature enough to make that decision, they might let you, with out hassle.

I'd say its WoW, but I don't think there's anything you can do. Try to get on without your parents realizing your on it or quit caring if your friends are better and have fun playing at the lvl your at.

I understand the problem a bit but everybody's parents are different and I am no Phsyciatrist or whatever would help me understand people.

show some respect...do the dishes, clean your room without being asked...pick up on some chores to show them you deserve and can handle more computer time.
are you playing wow...cause i love that game...what server and char are you lvling if so
