maybe if a team has an injured player .i think if lastings dissapoints the mets could sign him.menaya likes sosa and alomost traded for him.

He will not be back. He has been going downhill for three years, and last year, he bottomed out. It is generally assumed that he used steroids, he's 38 years old, didn't get along with Dusty Baker in Chicago, lied about leaving the stadium before the final game of the year in 2004, and lastly, he just can't play anymore. NO one is going to sign Sammy Sosa.

The independant league team that Canseco plays for would sign him. I think they are called the San Diego Steroids.
