reset power on Samsung model TXB1940 tv (made Mexico 1994)?

No power from tv hard button or remote; no obvious external reset button

If you have power at the plug then it is possible they power source(can't remember the term) inside is bad. I had a TV with the same problem and it would cost more to fiz than the TV was worth, I just got a new on.
