bought the bike used, ran great for a month. Then wouldn't start, didn't make a sound. Not knowing how old the battery was went and bought a new battery. Ran great never failed to start... for about a month, then again nothing. Charged the battery started up aroud about 3 miles, and the bike dies and won't start.

My first gues is the rectifier or the wires going to it should be 3 of them, check to see if the connector (where they hook into the wiring harness) is burnt, its a real common problem and real easy to fix.

Check the charging system. Either bring it to a shop or buy a shop manual. The manual will give you detailed step by step instructions on how to test it.
