I'm only 5'4 and am 18, I heard that I've got til 21 to still grow. is there anything I can do to make my self taller.
Gets pretty annoying having to look up at everyone and standing at a distance so you can reach eye to eye with them.

Well, 5'4" isn't exactly a dwarf, but it is somewhat below average. What's your family history for height? Some families have a run of short people, and you might just be one of them.
On the other hand, I have a nephew who is in middle school, and he's shorter than a lot of 4th graders. His parents recently had him tested and it turns out he has a food allergy that was keeping him from developing. Now that he's on a restricted diet, he's growing rapidly.
Ask a doctor, what can it hurt?

My husband is 27 and 5'2. Maybe you are just meant to be short, and that really isn't a bad thing.
