I mean seriously. It's just guys talking to a rythym and they swear like it's their first language. They usually talk about sex as well. What the hell is the point of it?

Yall don't understand. Rap is the streets CNN because if you turn on the evening news they don't tell you whats really going on. Hip hop artist tell it to you how it is uncut and uncensored. It probably talk about the good life and cars but if you really listen to the lyrics instead of calling it crap for a while it will tell you some of the problem that you can get in when you get the good life.
It is easy to get the good life, but it is much harder to keep it!

Personally, I think they left the "c" off of that word. Don't get me wrong, I like some rap songs - the ones that are fun to sing along with and/or dance to. Sounds corny, but I like DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince . . . that - to me - was when rap was fun. Whatever happened to rap music that was all about having a good time with your friends?
But now, it's all about who has the most money, who drives the fastest cars, who has the largest following of groupies, who takes the most drugs, who commits the most crimes, who kills the most people, who has the most whores (oh, wait, that's HO'S).
I'm sick of it, and can't wait for decent rap artists to make a comeback. It can't happen soon enough.

I believe that people that like rap just like hearing other people's voices. In my opinion, rap is just using a different version of talking and a lot of people call that music. Everybody likes different music for various of reasons. That is why they make different types of music so that everybody can be happy.
Just a word I hate rap and I have nothing to do with rap. I like country, some pop, and soundtracks from good movies like grease.

we don't unda stand what ur talkin about whats the point of it some "screamo" ppl do talk about sex and stuff like that and rap is acctually talent cuz its not easy to free style not many ppl kno how to freestyle plus u have to make it sound good at the same time so just don't say nuthin about our muzik if u don't lyke it were not forcin u to listen just like ur not forcin us to listen to ur muzik

I have no clue. All it is about is sex, drugs, money, girls, and violence. I dont know what makes it so attractive.
