Take her to the vet asap. Hmm, do rabbits even get worms? Why worms? Maybe just sick a little bit.
Well in any case don't worry YOURSELF sick. Just do what you can for her. Your worrying is not helping anyone.

Your bunny may have worm eggs in his/her fecal droppings. You should try the dewormer *make sure it's rabbit friendly*, but I would suggest that you take your rabbit to a vet that specializes in rabbits. They are delicate animals, once there starts to be something in their digestion in the way of a problem, it can lead to very bad things. So catch it early. If possible take a sample of the fecal matter to the vet with you so they can diagnose this problem straight away without causing your bunny more distress. Watch for temperature *should be warm to the touch* and his/her appitite. Poor diet can cause a lot of extra problems for your pet. Make sure that you have fresh timothy hay, and other greens to tempt them if it starts to not eat. Make sure you check for plants poisonous to rabbits before feeding it any. cilantro, parsley, kale, basil, mint, & orageno are safe bunny foods that are awesome on the Vitamin A that a bunny should get one serving a day on.

How is she sick? More info is needed. However, if she is in obvious pain, (she might have gotten hurt) or discomfort, take her to the vet asap.
Has she been out in the sun, maybe she got too hot?
Worms generally make them really skinny, and you may see little rice like stuff on her bottom. The rice like stuff is actually segments of tapeworm.
Is her... butt clean? If not, she's most likely sick.

Time to take her to the vet! Is she an outdoor rabbit? There are so many things that can go wrong with an outdoor rabbit and you just experienced one of them. If you really loved her you would make her an indoor pet. Who wants to be out in the heat with a fur coat on? http://www.rabbit.org

Call the vet NOW - most have an emergency answering service. If you still can't get a hold of anyone, try calling the Humane Society and see if they can help. Good luck!

What do you mean sick? Is she vomiting or not eating. The best thing you can do is take her the vet.
