I saw a statistic once about the % of time teenage boys and girls spend thinking about sex, it was astounding, like 70 % , maybe even more. Do you happen to know that stat, and a source for it?

Talk to your doctor. I personally think that the stats are very high, and the kids are not just thinking about it, their doing it. It's all really sad with all the diseases out there. I hope that all goes well for you asking this question, if it's about one of your kids. They need to hear what you have to say about it. Be honest and they will listen.

Well I'm a teen girl and I think about it like 100 times a day soooo I'm sure it would be pretty close to 70%.

Im a 16 year old girl, and I think it depends on if you are in a relationship or not. If you are getting affectionate attention then you might think about it more because it reminds you of it. Or at least thats in my case and most of my friends.

Hmmm.. I'd say around 80%. It shouldn't be scary. Because only 5% of kids actually act on it.

hmmm i would say im thinking about sex about 30-40% of the day...
(BUT I WOULD NEVER ACT ON IT untill i was married!)
i usually have other things on my mind.

well im a preteen and i think about it 80% if im a preteen and i think about it 80% just imagine how much the teens think about it
