How do you play the game - human knot?

Ive been looking for an ice breaker/team building game that is fun simple and will last for at least 3-10 minutes, and id like to know if the game the human knot is what im looking for. I would also like some suggestions for other games

human knot is good, if you have 3-10 minutes, 5-10 people are ok, but dont do it with more people than that, it will take too long, you could split into multiple groups if there are more than 10 people.

to play-everyone gets in circle and randomly join hands with people. now they have to try and get untangled without anyone letting go of any hands. good luck!
