You probably are the type of person that chases after what he knows he can't have. Maybe you are too scared of having a relationship with someone that you could realisticly have a relationship with? Do you have a fear of intamacy? Good luck!

For the same reason they became such close friends, it is hard to emotionally draw a line in the sand. We know it is not a good idea, we know nothing will come of it, but there are times when it is just fun to be in love with love....and I think that is exactly what it is. Our straight friends love getting the attention, the idea that someone is in love with them, yet they also know it will go no where, but it is fun for them too. Just leave it at that, don't do anything that will ruin the friendship. The feelings will pass in a short time. Been there, and know what I am talking about. Good luck

Well, at least 9 out of 10 people are straight, so odds are for you falling for straight people.

Well, dear. From my experience, I fell in love with my friend because we had a very strong emotional bond and I loved her kids. Unfortunately, she was married. So, in a way, just like with anyone else(gay or straight), you want something that you can't have. It's just human nature, darlin'.

as a few have mentioned..it's always easier to want what you cannot have. I finally realized I was a lesbian my 1st semester in college when I fell really hard for a friend I had a few classes with...she was totally straight, and I never told her, of course. but I'll never forget she's the one who made me see the light!

Well, maybe you are lured by the straight fantasy. Be careful of going too far and getting punched in the eye though.

To mess with the mind that you have and because you never can chose love that's why your chocing to fight for you love everyday because of hate and inequality just because you can't choose who you love. I'm happy with love whom I love and would fight for her everyday if I had to!
