Why is David Cassidy always smiling?

Dude is grinning ear to ear every time I see him. What is he doing to "C'mon get happy?"

I think that he is afraid that you will be able to tell how old he looks if he relaxes his face muscles!!lol

he takes after his father, who was tradigly killed in a fire when david was young. he was a very good actor, jack was.both have beautiful teeth & enchanting smiles. dont u think so??
