the doctor will tell you to keep doing your normal activities that you used to do before the pregnancy. that includes running. i would make sure you wear a very good supportive sport bra while you run or else your breasts will really hurt whle you run. otherwise, i would run until your doctor tells you not to!

If you have been fit all along and have been jogging all along, I really see no harm to it.
However, if your baby has already shifted down, you might want to do brisk walking instead lest you induce the baby to come out before his/her time.

walk nnot jog, it will jog the baby down, until you are on the curb giving premature birth......

docs will tell you to continue what you were doing before pregnancy but in common sense and moderation. i personally wouldn't do it.
