have they been having loose stools (diarrhea) as well? if so, it's not abnormal to have a green color...here's some info:

it can also be caused by supplements or even certain foods in their diets. If none of this applies, they do need to get to the doc to rule out other causes

Sounds like a nasty case of the flu.
Definately take them to a doctor... Her brother has maybe 1-2 days before he starts vomiting, so maybe you should hurry?
