Yes and no. Attractive in a provocative way, yes. Romantic way? Not immediately, at least.

He's got a fascinating, animated face with the most compelling blue eyes. One could get lost in them. He's an interesting character, with heroic strengths (and I'm a total sucker for the heroic types) and believable weaknesses. And he's very funny. I love that dry humor.

I'm also fascinated by his medical expertise. I've always been interested in medicine, although I never chose to study in that field and have gone in a competely different direction with my career. It would be interesting to "shadow" him for a week or so, in hopes of learning about more of what makes him tick as a doctor and as a person.

House is so desperate to be loved, yet so quick to push people away. You want to be the one that breaks through that gruff exterior. You hate his bedside manner, yet if you were really sick, you'd want him on your side. He's just a really interesting character. And so smart! He's become the new prototypical doctor. My daughter, who is applying to medical school, keeps getting asked by people "Oh, you want to be like House?"
