I would say Puerto Rico because DH is from there, but PUERTO RICO ISN'T A COUNTRY!!!!! Puerto Rico is a Commonwealth of the United States. (Sorry, I just had to get that out!)
Costa Rica or Belize are the best right now.

well it is latan america but also the dominican republic....i'm from cuba and ppl r nice there they have good food,and it is beutiful...alot of beutiful sights r there.sumone said cuba=no money...but really there r alot of rich ppl there u dumba$$= to the gu or girl who said cuba=no money...i'm from cuba and my family wuz pretty wealthy.
