I don't know about the area but you can go to either Hottopic or Torrid online also check out thrift stores.

If you have time to browse, check out Brady Street. The east side in general and even the Third Ward might be likely areas.

Get a copy of the Shepherd Express - they're sure to have ads.

Changing Times, which was on Brady Street, seems to have gone out of business.

It's not my style so I can't make personal recommendations.

IS Ragstock still there? (or was that in Madison?)
There use to be some cool vintage shops & places you could find things like that on the east side by UWM... but I dont live there anymore. ....but the east side by the college & should have some good stuff.
