Define "best"? Absolute best performance for an AGP-8 slot you may not have? APG-4 or maybe -2 if an older box?

Or "best at a range I can afford"? (Unles s you *want* to spend close to $1,000 just on a graphics card?) Maybe "Best under $200" or "best under $100?" (Note that the $100 cards can often be a *sizeable* fraction (often 1/2 to 2/3 ) the *effective* speed of the highest-end card.)
