Well I have fair/oily skin myself. And it is hard to find powder and fondation for it but I have found that some brands work really well.

Powder:
I myself use covergirl and it works great! Its about $15. But the best that I've tried is pretty exspensive but it works. You know about proactive right well they also make make-up try their "fair angel powder" which is made aspecially for oily skin. Its about $25

Foundation:
I aslo suggest proactive's "fair angel foundation" which not only treats oliy skin but helps unclogg pores! you can get it for about $20. If you don't want to worry about ordering it I suggest Neutrogena's "apicot" powder that treats oliy skin its around. $9

Hope I helped lol

Girl! Let me tell ya, I have oily skin too. You have got to try Bare Essentuals. They claim you can "sleep in it". and its true. I have awful skin, and I have been using this and it really helps clear up your skin. IT actually coverrs really good, covered all my red. And my skin looks so much better. I was heavily using liquid foundtation and now that Ive switched Ill never go back.

The next second choice thats a little cheaper would be Clinque

I'd go with Bare Minerals. If you go online and google it you'll be able to find the site. It goes on like barely anything and is really good for fair to oily skin (and is also less likely to cause breakouts...yeh!!!).
