The Man Is A Good Actor. People Shouldn't Base Their Opinion Of His Acting Off Of His Personal Beliefs

I Think That He Is Entitled To His Own Opinions, BUT He Has No Right To Enforce Or Belittle Another Person Because They Take Prescription Medication.

Lastly, Scientology Is A Little Off Base. Of Course, Prescription Medication Has Helped Individuals. Many Natural Remedies, Plants, Herbs Have Been Used For Many Years Dating Back Awile. I Think The Man Is Personally Brainwashed, But That Is His Right To Be

*He is a loon!

*He takes himself too seriously. Someone squirts him with water in his face as a joke in a fake interview and he doesn't even crack a smile! Come on! It was a joke! He got all serious and demanded an apolidgy and got all huffy. lol

*He gets mad when people slam his beliefs but then he goes around slamming other people's (Brooke Shield's)

*He is like a programmed robot with limited emotions aka that crazy manical smile, semi-smile, and the flat line serious lipped.
It shows a manic personality and someone that is on the edge, after that mania of jumping on the couch.. talk about an extreme!

OK now my perceptions from my limited external view:
Anyone that believes in something SO completely (yes his religion again) and does not question SOMETHING or have some sort of tolerance, to let it consume you without question...
How can you trust, like or believe in someone that does not give room for other possibilities? Or takes themselves so seriously?
He's so staged.
I can't even look at him any more without being disgusted.
No hate here. Just want to RUN the other way when I see him.
Someone that is on the edge and is a bit scary for it. Who wants the drama?

I think that Tom Cruise is much too quick to jump to the conclusion that medication does not aid in depression. Unless he has suffered depression-related symptoms he cannot defy scientific fact that certain medications aid in the balancing of chemicals in the brain that are enforcing the depression. Thus, keeping a person's mood stable. I think he speaks before he truly thinks about what he's saying. Plus, Scientology...? What kind of religion is that? Seriously, he's messed up.

Hi,
The answer to your question is......I liked Tom cruise til he made a jerk out of himself on Oprah Winfrey's show. He was jumping around like a 5 year old and making a fool out of himself. Also,I do not like how he is controlling his fiancee' s career and life choices. For example ,he is a Scientology. That is great!I feel that he is pushing his views and his religion on her.The choice of how and if you worship God should be ones own decision.
I still enjoy alot of his pictures and he is a good actor but I do not like what he stands for.
I hope that I helped!!!!!

He's got a little more talent than he had in his earlier days, and I liked him before he pulled all of those publicity stunts, and still just think of him as an actor. The whole couch/craziness/anti depression/katie controversy doesn't really effect me that much.

I think the poor guy needs treatment. He seems to be as looney as fruitloop. He's a sandwich short of a picnic, a brick short of a load, a card short of a full deck, his lights are on but nobody's home, he's out to lunch, not playing with a full deck, had forgotten to put his 'on' switch on, he's out of his tree, off his trolley, his electrical circuits need rewiring, he's doolally tat, as nutty as a fruitcake, he's one for the funny farm - in short he's as mad as the mad hatter.

So many years I couldn't stand this guy and really had no reason I could put my finger on .. now he's given me plenty of reasons. I was in agreement w/ him when he talked about how medication is handed out too quickly w/ children and what not. That society is so quick to give medicine instead of work on a solution but his crap about depression .. yeah, done w/ him ..

I like him. I like his movies. He's nice looking. He's out doing stuff instead of sitting on his couch all day.

What's the big deal? I thought we're all supposed to be tolerant of everyone else's beliefs. He can believe whatever he wants.

I don't understand all the hatred towards him.
