Those are really three separate fields, unless you work for a very small company and you're the only IT person they have, then you get to do pretty much everything.
Getting an entry-level job in IT has become more difficult over the last several years, since so many people have gone into the field, even though there are lots of jobs. If you've gotten a college degree in Computer Science or IT, with decent grades and maybe a solid internship, you'll probably find something at a decent salary.
