Call or go online and order a card that will be loaded with Disney Rewards. Take the card to Disney with you and use it on food or hotel, tickets... shopping... We just went to Disneyland and ate free the entire time with our Disney Rewards.

Yes, Call the 800 number on the back of the card and they will issue them to you on a reuseable credit card type card.
It takes a couple of weeks to get the card.
Or you can do it at Guest Relations in DisneyWorld or Disneyland.
