i'd go with an older movie-maybe an early steve martin movie..the jerk, dead men don't wear plaid, the man with 2 brains, etc. or a mel brooks classic, young frankenstein, blazing saddles, etc.

I suppose it depends on what kind of funny movie... like a clever funny or a stupid funny? Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is really good and funny. And Wet Hot American Summer is funny, too.
