the only time I have seen this personally is when I wear my best shoes--they are really unique gorgous italian silk pumps, with the silk subtly pleated around the pump. Classy.
the look I get from woman as they "compliment" them is very different than the usual passing compliment between friends. Then, I get asked where i found them, with a certain "i have to own those" in their eyes.
You might find people finding fault with your life if they are jealous of how much you have, or your circumstances.

They criticize you or put you down, they begrudge anything good that has happened to you, or they make an attempt to one-up you as to whether they have it worse than you do, or they are better than you are or have most stuff than you do. In other words, they attempt to make you feel bad about yourself.
Make sure that no matter how hurful the comments that you realize that in your heart, they're not true and that they are in fact jealous. Because most of them will ACTUALLY deny it.

i never really paid attention to it but my husband pointed it out that my sister is jealous of me, how? she makes rude comments about things like o your husband still opens the car door for you? why can't you open your own door? o that's right you're blonde and don't know where the handle is. Things like that tell me she's jealous because the man in her life won't open the car door for her let alone pay her a compliment.

I can take a stab at it. They buy the same things as you. They try to find stuff wrong with the littlest things you do. Yet they want to hang out with you. Maybe in hopes some of you will rub off on them.

They either come right out and say it or they act like it. Usually they wont get close to you and they as a usual talk badly about you even when you arnt around. Dont let it bother you, you must have something they dont, alot of times it comes natural.

well honey it sounds like something that i go through.... but u can tell by the way they begin to act. If they are nice at first but they hate 2 b around u... or if they always talk bad about u when u get a cetificate or something

Yes, it will come out in the way they treat you, or talk to you. You can only hide jealousy for so long...it is a powerful, hateful, emotion!
