Somalia, Congo and Iraq would probably take the biscuit though. South Africa isn't too bad if you take local advice and stay out of the high-crime areas (ie coloured townships of Johannesburg)

Easy, Somalia. Setting foot in the country as a foreigner is almost a death sentence. Factions are warring back and forth so that no one in the population is safe. You can't even get within 50 miles of the shore without pirate ships racing out to rob and then murder you.
Somalia hands down.
