For most things, only when you die!
You may have missed an opportunity, but you can always find another, or make it yourself.
You may have done or said the wrong thing, but you can always apologize.
You may have lost your love, but you can find another one ~The one that will be right for you, at this time of your life.
It will never be the same, but it may be better!
It's your life, and it's never too late to live it the best you can! :)

1. There is never an appropriate time for a telemarketer. I consider it an invasion of my leisure time & privacy.
2. Non-emergency calls, no later than 9 PM. If you know me personally, you can drop an email.
3. Emergency calls, 24/7.
4. Wrong number, polite apology.

generally if he's over 20 minutes late, the date is off...
its too late when the hairball is already on the carpet, despite the fact you are holding paper out for the cat...
or if you want the ice cream and i ate it all before you got to it...
its too late when my eyes are too heavy to read what's on the computer screen...
or when my little brother gets grounded and then tries to apologize and weasle his way out of the punishment later on...
...and ESPECIALLY when you think of that perfect comeback after the argument is over...

I'd say 10:30pm is too late, since I have to be at work by 6:30am.

For staying up, three or four am. If it's five already you might as well get ready for whatever.
For turning in work, I'd say half a day with a good excuse possibly.
A date: with excuse 20. without, ten depends on your date

I easily get torqued if somebody is more than a minute late; or causing me to be late.
1-minute.

well lets say someone tells you you have 15 minutes to do something or they will kill you and it takes you 16 minutes to do it to me that would be the ultimate too late.

Midnight ... don't feed the giraffe after midnight or else she turnes into a ugly green gremlin ... and a second wind hits, and it's all down-hill from there ... quick run for the hills --- giggle.

when you've missed the best chance, when you've lost an opportunity, when a chance to grow or progress has been lost, when you have regrets... then it's too late. act now!
