she may have a fibroid or an ovarian cyst.
have her go she her gynie & get an exam & probably the doc will do an ultrasound to really see inside what may be causing the pain. (those things are really not a big deal, sometimes birth control pills make them go away, if not a minor day surgery will take care of them... they are pretty common.)

You may want to be more specific. Depends on what kind of pain she is having. You may be large or she may be small. Any number of things could be the reason. Maybe she is too dry and you aren't prepping enough.

Could be any number of reasons, and it would depend where the pain is.
