Site 23 is trying to be helpful, but cementous paint (Drylok for example) is a defective product. You must find a system that has superior adhesion, elasticity, and the absolute capacity to withstand a continuous onslaught of water. In 15 years, I've tried an incredible array of products, and found them all lacking. I stumbled upon this one(www.sanitred.com) and will not consider anything else. This is a urethane-based sealant that comes with a rubber base that can be troweled on an inch thick or more for big cracks. Just awesome!

By the way, I don't own any stock in the company and I don't sell it. I just use it.
