I would take her to a vet, as most animals don't really snore, so she may have some sort of laryngeal paralysis or something else wrong with her throat. If your vet cannot find anything medically wrong, then you probably can't really do anything about her snoring. Please do not use nasal strips, as first of all they won't work, and secondly your ferret will pull them off and probably eat them, causing damage to her insides.

Yes, but only if it's old enough that it makes a lot of noise while in operation.
