Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 La-La-Land Help?

On the level la-la-land on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, on the entrepenuer level, or however you spell it, you must have 2 themed areas for VIPs! Do any of yall have any tips or cheats to help me get through it????

I've played the RCT series since its debut in 1999 and all of its sequels. I've tried La-La Land and cannot figure out how exactly to do the themed areas and make the game "recognize" them.
