In order......hmmm
Marvin Harrison - Heh...he's smart and extremely talented...but on top of it all..he doesn't act like an a$$hole!!
Chad Johnson - He talks trash...and he backs it up...the best kind of trash talker...amazing tallent.
Terrell Owens - He's a dick...we all know...but ya know what....he's got skills...
Steve Smith - I'm a Carolina Panther's fan...but he's at #4 because I believe consistency is key to talent...not one outstanding season. If he repeats what he did...I'll move him to #2 or 3...then if he keeps it up...#1...but not yet.
Randy Moss - He goes deep because he's extremely fast...that's all a receiver has to do? Heh...it seems like it...but he's not all about that. #5 right now because he's been on a slump since leaving Minnesota..injury was an issue...but I think Culpepper was a key to his success in Minnesota...Brooks can't do that for him.

Fantasy or based on talent. If it's on talent:
1-Randy Moss-Oakland Raiders
Ok, he runs a 4.3 40, possesses a 40+-inch vertical, has incredibly soft hands and is about 6'4-6'5. So basically you are saying that Daunte Culpepper made him into a star? Try vica versa, you all saw C-Pepp this year, when healthy; Moss did show a lot last year. Aaron Brooks has a good arm and just needs to throw near Moss.
2nd-Terrell Owens-Dallas Cowboys
Not as fast as Moss but still athletically gifted is Terrell Owens of Dallas. He's got great strength, leap ability, no fear but the only two downsides are his subpar hands and his attitude. Still, you won't get much better in terms of strength. If only he could find a QB he could get along with. . . .
3rd-Steve Smith-Carolina Panthers
For a guy at his height, Smith has a good 40, vertical and route-running ability. But he's a great deep-ball threat and should be a force to be reckoned with for a very, long time. His weakness is durability and obviously the fact he can be triple-covered.
4th-Anquan Boldin-Arizona Cardinals
Basically T.O. Version 2.0 is Anquan Boldin from Arizona. But the difference is that Boldin is only getting better as he masters the WR position. Unbelieveable strength, blocking, hands, route-running and burst; the only problem is that his hands do sometimes betray him and his durability is a concern. Still, the guy is a great receiver.
5th-Marvin Harrison-Indy Colts
While not as athletically blessed as the guys in front of him, his work ethic is unmatched with QB Peyton Manning. Harrison runs crisp routes, has soft hands and gets off the line quick. His speed is a small concern as his size and body-type but the man always produces. He just edges Torry Holt in the talent department.

That is hard:
1. Steve Smith - Smith had 1563 yards last year and 12 touchdowns. Every indication appears that he will have an even better season considering that he is now lined opposite Keyshawn Johnson, who should take some pressure off Jake Delhomme's favorite target.
2. Marvin Harrison - Harrison has had so many good seasons in a row that it is impossible to count him out. Every year, he gets at least 1100 yards and 10 touchdowns. No one else in the NFL can say that.
3. Chad Johnson - Johnson has had over 1200 yards for 3-4 straight years. He is one of the most consistent receivers in the league. He gives it his all day in and day out, and that shows on the field. He also scores a lot of touchdowns, too.
4. Torry Holt - Holt gets a lot of receiving yards and he gets in the endzone a fair amount of the time, too. He's good for 1300 yards and 8-10 touchdowns every year. In the Rams offense, he shines week in and week out. He is the favorite target of pass-happy Marc Bulger.
5. Larry Fitzgerald - Fitzgerald is tall, strong and athletic. Last year, Fitzgerald snatched 10 touchdowns and 1409 yards. He doesn't appear to be slowing down, either. With Edgerrin James and Anquan Boldin distracting defenses, expect Fitzgerald to be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.
Hope that helps.

If we're talking current, then:
1. Terrell Owens
2. Steve Smith
3. Randy Moss
4. Torry Holt
5. Marvin Harrison
If we're talking all-time, then:
1. Jerry Rice
2. Don Hutson
3. Steve Largent
4. Art Monk
5. Tim Brown
Owens's talent is undeniable, and so is Moss's, but if I were looking to start a team, I'd rather have Torry Holt or Marvin Harrison in their prime because of their professionalism.
