Why are some black people so loud in public?

Some Black People are loud anywhere. But before you judge them, at least they are comfortable being who they are, wherever they are. If it's inapproprate, don't look down on them. Pray for them. Just dont' be embarrased about who they are (you are not them).

theres really no excuse for that thats just how we are. we always want to be seen. but its not all of us. some of us actually have some sense!!!
edit: and to the person below me, if you are white...DONT EVER CALL A BLACK PERSON A "N*igga" CUZ U WILL BE CUSSED OUT AND POSSIBLY SHOT AT!!!! I HATE F*CKIN PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!

And in movies. Because they have no respect for other people, which explains why no respect reflects back towards them.
