Lowe's, Home Depot, almost any hardware store, most drug stores, and many retailers such as WalMart stock and sell boric acid.

I live in Florida but bought it at Walgreens in the section with bug spray, etc. I think it's just know what section to look in. I had to ask as I couldn't find it either.
