Use refrigerated pie crust ( The Kind that comes in a can), 2 to a can,but thaw it first and throw and spin to your hearts content.

From the practice grocery store, I'm sure your local pizza joint would sell you some practice dough, for some real $dough.

most supermarkets, but why dont you try poor mans pizza ? toast a slice of bread on one side then turn it over & spread with tomato puree then add your cheese & garnish then finish off under the grill, they are quite nice & kids can do them to if a adult uses the grill,
