absolutely. remember you only live once. you dont want to be kicking yourself later on down the road wondering what might have been. You have to put yourself out there in life and take a chance.. you will never know until you do.

short answer does he have your number?
has he called you?
if he has your number and has not called then he may not be interested in dating you.
if he has not got your number then call him, you have nothing to lose.
however saying that about he may not be interested, he could simply have lost your number. so call him if you are seriously interested.
don't go through life with regrets.
