Take ibuprofen and get a heating pad and lay in the floor, flat on your back. That helps some. But if the pain is so bad you can't stand it, have your doctor put you on birthcontrol (yasmin is the best)....it'll be like you aren't even on your period. My doctor prescribed them for me because I had horrible periods. My back and stomach would kill me, I just couldn't stand it. My periods are no trouble now. Good Luck!

Omg I get the same thing too! Even though hard workouts durin ur period doesnt feel too pleasant, keep exercising! U'll have a better night sleep n wake up witout the bak pain.
Advil or ibryprohen doesnt help me V_V

Take some midol. If midol doesn't work masterbate. I know it's sounds silly but it releases the tension in many parts of the body. If you prefer not to masterbate then take a warm bath with some Epson salt or regular table salt.

Tylenol, or Advil work well. I used to get bad "cramps" every month until I went on the pill.

i would recommend Tylenol extra strength rapid release. this helps me and you can try a heating pad for back pain and cramps it works miracles it is like finding treasure lol well i hope this help you to!!

Try a hot shower,or a heating pad across your lower back.Sometimes pamprin will help also.
