I dont have time for excercise in my sched...(my freetime is just 30 min) may you recomend an excercise routine that i can use if possible...

if you want to get stronger and that is all the time you have to work out, you should lift heavy weights (with a spotter). for example do cardio for the first five mins of each workout, and lift on mon, wed, and fri. then off on the weekend and tues and thurs. or you could do cardio on tues and thurs and lift on mon, wed, and fri. or you could screw cardio and just go for strength. but if you want to get stronger and not get endurance then you should lift heavy...with low reps. but for endurance. you should lift low weight with high reps.

Hey whats up. Ummm I jog a couple o days a week. I do curl ups with a weight bar 30lbs.. a few times a day... My arms or built. because of that and other things i did in the past...Doing a little bit of alot is what I recommend..And do 3sets for weight training...

You need at least 24 hours for your body to repair after. do it every other day.
