can u get cdl with felonies on record?

Each state is different.. check with the Division of Motor Vehicles for your state. I know for Alaska to get a HazMat endorsement you have to submit fingerprints for a background check and you will be denied for 'certain felony convictions' I also know that there is a restriction for the School bus endorsement for 'certain felonies' ... now they might give you a CDL but the bigger question is whether a good driving company will hire you with a felony on your record.
