how do you no what questions to ask on here. I mean of coarse ive got questions, id rather answer but what i mean is quite often you see the same questions asked so my question is.... 'How do I no that my question im going to ask is the same as someone else's question that they have already asked???

I no i sound totally weird but this to me is an interesting as i think that it is impossibe to ask a question on here that noone else has asked as there is soooooo many people on here from all places....

When you ask a question yahoo automatically pulls up similar questions.

Well that was a good question, but you need to work on your spelling a bit, It is 'know' not 'no'. although, I see that a lot in here.
As to your question, it's easy to find out, if others have asked that before, and you are so right, many times they have.
Pick a key phrase or part or even all of the question, and type it in the Search for questions, dialog box, and you will see all those asked and answered questions, that might be typical of yours.
Try it, see how it works for you. I't is right at the top, easy to spot.
