The cast of Harry Potter is often taken from British people, and, sometimes, American, and other European people. But there number is small.
There's no chance for an Egyptian actor lives in Egypt to get a role in the next two films. Unless, Rowling decided suddenly to add Egyptian wizards, and move the final battle to Egypt.

Well, it depends on a number factors. First off, CONNECTIONS. You need to know the right people who have good connections to the people who run the filming. Secondly, if they are looking for a person with an Egyptian style or look, they'll be advertising for it, and then you can audition. It's all about your acting style and look. If they are not looking for that style, then sorry to say, you are out of luck.

does the movie contain a role for an eastern actor ... if so then connections shall select that actor ... an Egyptian actor in addition to a Syrian one were selected for 'Kingdom of heaven' movie so why not?

I believe J K Rowling stated in her contract that all characters should be portrayed by British actors.
You definitely look like someone who should be seen on the big screen. Maybe you could get them to make an exception for you.
