Nope.
I recently read an article (I linked to it in my sources if you want to read it) about how men use the pitch of their voice as a tool to show dominance. If a man is speaking to another man whom he thinks is less dominant than him, his voice will be lower. If a man is speaking to a man whom he thinks is a superior, his voice will be higher.
Not to say that gay men think everyone is their superior... But some of our voices are high because we don't waste our time trying to assert our dominance to other men. (And it's a known fact that most men speak regularly at a lower pitch than is their natural pitch, so we're just being natural.)
Additionally, gay guys often (though of course not always) communicate more in a female style than a male style. Females have a more singsong style, using pitch to convey meaning and to be more expressive. Males generally have a flatter style, and they use volume instead of pitch for emphasis and expression. As far as I go, I simply prefer the female style of communication and so use it.

Nah. You just notice it. Some few guys may practice at a voice that sounds gay, but not most masculine gay guys. And I've known straight guys with high voices too.

Another great question at this great site of wisdom. Absolutely...it happens the day that the straight man decides, when he wakes up one morning, to be gay...at that time, he also decides to raise his voice an octave, make his wrists limp, and wear bright clothes...almost by magic. Isn't life mysterious?

lololol, in my experience my voice has lowered probably due to throat stress, but a lot of young guys have high voices anyway.
