Its hard for me not to think about it. Especially in the summer when womens bodies are more visible than at other times of the year. Is this natural? Why dont women think like this? Im very safe when having sex with other women. Very clean. But I cant seem to get enough. And its always on my mind. At times I feel that thinking about it so much is inherently evil. Yet I cant stop. I cant really talk to anyone about it either. I have dated multiple women over the course of 20 years. Nothing much has changed since I was 14. I still think about it, no matter how much I have sex. Is this a common thing for most guys? girls? How do you overcome and control a feeling that seems perfectly normal to you? I can walk away from alchohol, drugs, balance my budget perfectly, lead a respectable responsible life in every other way.... but I cant keep sex off my mind. Is it hopeless? I feel like Im the only one on earth with this problem.

An average man thinks of sex around every 3 seconds. However, there is such a thing as sexual addiction. For example, if you solicitated a prostitute every day, or if you were married but constantly had affairs on the sides.
Most likely, if this is not the case, then you are just a guy with a very high sex drive. Don't let "it" take over your life.

Perhaps it's an emotional response rather than a physiological one. Maybe the sex you do have isn't fulfilling enough to you because you have no commitment to the women involved.

Maybe if you were involved emotionally sex wouldn't be your only aim and you'd be able to put it into perspective. (A bit like dieters always thinking about cakes)

Consider the 12 step program for people addicted to sex. It does exist and it is totally anonymous. Go to a few meetings and see if it is right for you. At best, you will meet people who are struggling the same way. At worst, you will discover you are not addicted and wasted an evening or two.

You sound like my EX!! He used sex to avoid thinking about other things. He used it as a distraction from his life, kind of like how some people use drugs and/or alcohol. I broke up with him over his sex issues and recommended that he see a therapist. Maybe you should too...

women think the same way buddy...they just know that we are willing to do a LOT more than them to get sex. They use their SEXY bodies to make us do whatever they want...

Every man and woman feels the same way you do about sex...even if they say they dont

In fact, a Yale University Study showed that women think about sex about 4 times more often than men!

How 'bouts them apples??

It sounds very much like you are a particularly normal man that is simply more up front and honest about your sexul feelings than most men.
