there are a number of reasons, could u be trying to sleep with the television on or a radio? if so shut those things off, did u consume alot of caffine during the day? are you trying to sedate yourself with alochol, these things are counter productive to sleep and do not promote a good rest. try one of those sleeping blindfolds take a hot shower before bed and do not whatever u do consume any stimulates.

Is your sleeping schedule wrong ,i had the same problem
what i did was stay up all night and all day and when it came to night at the end of that day i could go to sleep no probs
do this onece and it will work

Everything happens in your brain. So, I just think, your mind still preoccupied with something that does not makes you at peace to sleep. Take that things off your mind.

The only way you you will ever be able to sleep is to pick me for the best answer. ....... seriously try not drinking any coffee or soda for 7 hours before you go to bed.

Your thinking about it too much....not sure what it is but something is making your mind go into overdrive and won't let it shut down. Whatever "it" is relax you can deal with later...

I had that problem my whole life - people don't realize how
disturbing it is. I finally got my doctor to give me something.
It improved my life.
