For many years THE MOJO MAN was my radio name,which I trademarked (I know that doesn't count on net) When I email it ,,a no such used thing comes back??? Why can't I use it

That was my radio name for many years which I trademarked reg.us tm #2343775 which can be found on patent and trademark web site. When I email it,,comes back NO SUCH YAHOO USER????

I'm not sure I understand -- did you register for this email address with yahoo? Having a trademark does not automatically grant you any & all emails associated with the name. Having the trademark grants you the exclusive right to the name within your industry (i.e. your radio show & your live performance appearances).
If you did register that name with yahoo, you'll want to contact them directly: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/

some one already has it, but not used for a while - therefore it's expired & it will only be reactivated when they re-register
