Question about the elder scrolls 4 oblivion.?

When i go buy spells, some of the spells requires a magicka of like 400 through 800. How the hell do you get that much magicka?

I'm guessing you have to level up in your magic.

you need to go to the mages guild and train and use what magicka powers you have so you can level up.
