try a film called the forgotten. it has scary jump out of your seat scenes and it isn't gross. it has a really great mystery plot.

Saw and Saw 2....Its scary because it can happen in real life..... If u want to get the crap scared out of you......watch it at night with all of your doors closed!!! Its more creepy than scary, but Enjoy :o)
