I went exercising today and when I got home I felt this burning sensation on my thigh. I looked and I noticed that part of my skin was gone. Like it got rubbed off. Possibly because my legs were rubbing together, anyway what should I put on it?

wear tousers and keep the area dry it will heal quickly if you do this. also you will find some great skin care tips in this article

Aloe vera juice or gel heals skin the best. Vaseline when you run.
